Shipping policy
We deliver to the following countries:
- Europe: all countries of the European Union (EU), Switzerland and Lichtenstein
We ship to you with DHL GoGreen.
Kosten
Shipping costs per region:
- Within Germany:€ 5.90-free shipping on all orders over € 100
- European Union:€ 13.95
- Non-EU |Liechtenstein, Switzerland: € 13.95
Shipping costs are automatically set during the checkout on the basis of the cart value minus any promotional codes.
Delivery time
Our goal is to ship all orders within 2 working days. In exceptional cases, it can take up to 4 days. The delivery times indicated below apply in addition to this processing time. Orders will be sent only after payment confirmation.
- Germany & Austria: 1-3 days (Mon-Fri)
- European Union: 3-6 days (Mon-Fri)
Delivery times are only guidelines for standard shipping. Since we work with DHL, it is not always guaranteed that the delivery will arrive within the specified delivery time limit. Of course we would get in touch if there is a delay or an item is not in stock.
Tracking
Tracking your order: We use the shipping methods to follow, so you can easily check the status of your parcel. After the parcel is handed over to DHL, you will receive the tracking number of your order together with the delivery confirmation by email. This will allow you to check the status of the delivery online. You can also contact the relevant logistics partner directly by using the shipping number specified in the order confirmation.
